Rich Lalor's Bio

I grew up with 4 brothers in the suburbs west of Philadelphia and graduated from the University of Delaware in 1976. My wife, Terri and I live on the Oregon coast. We are “empty nesters” who treasure visits to and from our four children and four grandchildren. We enjoy hiking on the beaches and through the forested wilderness of the beautiful Pacific NW with our beloved German Shorthairs.

Aaron Skloff's Bio

Mr. Aaron Skloff received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in accounting from Penn State University's Smeal College of Business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute (formerly the Association for Investment Management and Research).  He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), in affiliation with the Center for Fiduciary Studies.  He is a Financial Advisor and the CEO of Skloff Financial Group.

Kathryn Dorr Bio

Kathryn grew up in South Florida and graduated Florida Atlantic University in August 2010 with a bachelors in Finance and Insurance. Currently she is working alongside the Co-Founder, Drew Nichols, at LTC Tree and is planning to return to school for her Master’s in Business Administration. Kathryn teaches skating lessons to children, for her love as a child was figure skating.

Darrick Wilkins' Co-CEO Bio

Darrick grew up in Stone Mountain, GA and then attended The University of Georgia.  He graduated from UGA after majorng in Economics and then joined John Hancock Financial for two years before leaving and founding LTC Tree. Thankfully, LTC Tree has grown over the past 13 years to be the nation's number one virtual Long Term Care Insurance agency.  Darrick currently lives in Sandy Springs, GA with his wife Natalie and daughter Ella.

Darrick is licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Phil Carrasco, CFP® Bio

Phil graduated from Virginia Tech in 1981 and returned to his home town of Washington DC area.  Phil then worked in the Information Technology industry through 1999 with GTE Government Systems, Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, as well as a then start up software firm.  In 2000, Phil relocated to south central Pennsylvania in support of a career opportunity for his wife.  At that time, Phil joined Genworth as a long term care insurance agent and subsequently became an independent insurance broker.

Deirdre Ritger's Bio

Deirdre grew up in Stone Mountain, GA and then attended Georgia Tech.  She graduated from Tech with a degree in Applied Mathematics.  She then spent 8 years working in the credit industry building statistical credit scoring models before taking a break to stay home with her three small children.  Deirdre joined LTC Tree in 2008. Deirdre currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband Chris, children Ben, Owen, and Gabrielle, and her two dogs.
