Texas says yes to Long Term Care Partnership
For all of you Lone Star State residents, LTCtree has just learned that Texas has approved the long term care insurance partnership program beginning this fall. We have clients and consumers who use our site to research LTC, who reside the the great State of Texas and this will only help you when planning for your long term care insurance needs. The Long Term Care partnership program was started in the 1990's when Connecticut, Indiana, California, and New York created a LTC partnership in their States that encourages people to plan for long term care themselves rather than depending on Welfare (Medicaid).
The Star-Telegram.com reported that Texas is aiming the LTC Partnership program at middle-class folks and the new plan will allow people to shelter their assets dollar for dollar from Medicaid spend down requirements for the amount their Texas Long Term Care Insurance Partnership plan paid out in benefits. Over the next 12 months or so Texas along with about 25 other States will be rolling out their LTC Partnership plans and LTCtree will be there every step of the way. We serve clients all across the US in all 50 States and have properly trained Partnership agents to help you make the best choice.
We work with all the major LTC companies and will help you shop the market to get the best price. Take a minute and fill out the form below and we'll get to work for you to get you your quotes.
